Cancer Survivor Celebrations

AN INDIVIDUAL IS CONSIDERED A CANCER SURVIVOR FROM THE TIME OF DIAGNOSIS, THROUGH THE BALANCE OF HIS OR HER LIFE.

At Northside Hospital, we believe celebrating survivorship is important. This year, in collaboration with the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, our Foundation is excited to celebrate our survivors at with two awesome events.

Survivor Parade: 3:15 P.M.

All tickets MUST be claimed/purchased online. All tickets are mobile. All tickets include $10 for food purchase, redeemable by presenting your ticket to any food vendor in the park.

After purchase, tickets can be accessed at braves.com/myaccount using the temporary password in your confirmation email.  Food vouchers can be redeemed by presenting your ticket to the food vendors. WE WILL NOT DISTRIBUTE TICKETS AT THE EVENT.

How to access your digital tickets:

1) To access your digital account go to braves.com/myaccount on the browser in your smartphone.

2) You will then enter the email address that you used to set up your account and enter your pin/password.

3) Cannot remember your password? Click forgot password and a temporary one will be sent to you.

4) Once logged on click View (looks like an eye) to view the barcodes for your event. This is what will be scanned as you enter the ballpark.

Please note: if you purchased a general admission ticket (your ticket states GA), there are no seating assignments in that section. The GA section is first come first serve so please arrive early.

Everyone age 3 and over is required to have a ticket. Children under the age of 3 may sit on an adult’s lap. If you need accessible seating please contact Celeste Mercer at 404.614.1401 and mention the Northside Survivor event.

Survivor Parade and Presentation

  • All survivors may participate in the special on field parade prior to the game with two guests.
  • At 2:30 pm. Northside survivors and 2 guests are invited to line up for the survivor parade on the 3rd BASE RAMP near section 135/137.
  •  The survivor parade starts at approximately 3:15 p.m.
  • After the parade, participants are invited to join us for a special survivor presentation in front of section 147/148. This is your chance to get on the jumbotron! After the presentation, please find your seats and enjoy the game!

SHIRTS

A FREE shirt will be mailed to survivors who register before Friday, June 9, 2017. Survivors will select their shirt size during the ticket distribution process.All shirts will be mailed before game day to the billing address used during registration.

PRE-GAME PARADE

All survivors may participate in the special on field parade prior to the game with two guests. We will gather at the 3rd base ramp by section 135/137 and begin moving toward the ramp around 2:30 pm. The parade will begin at approximately 3:15 pm, or as soon as batting practice has ended.

REFRESHMENTS

All tickets include $10 for food purchase, redeemable by presenting your ticket to any food vendor. Outside food is allowed inside of SunTrust Park as long as it fits inside a clear, gallon sized plastic bag. Guests may also bring a sealed plastic bottle of water. One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Visit www.braves.com to learn more.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase your car parking permit in advance by visiting www.braves.com/parking. For information on what to do if you have ADA parking needs, visit braves.com/accessible.

2017 Winter Cancer Survivor Celebration

We look forward to celebrating our survivors with the Alliance Theater, who will be performing “A Christmas Carol”. Survivors will receive a free ticket to the event and can purchase an additional ticket for a companion to accompany them. This event will be held on December 9, 2017 at 8:00 P.M. at the Cobb Energy Center. Check back soon for more information.
