Miracle Babies Party at the Zoo – FAQs
Do I have to register? Yes, registration is required. The deadline to register was May 31, registration is now closed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Where will I drop off my donations? Please note we are NOT accepting physical donations of baby supplies and food this year. In lieu of paid admission to the Zoo, attendees are encouraged to make an online donation during registration to the Miracle Babies Program at Northside Hospital. Miracle Babies provides transportation support and resources to families while their babies are in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Where should I park? FREE off-site parking in the Georgia State Stadium (formerly Turner Field) Orange Lot. Shuttle service to and from the Atlanta Zoo will be offered 5:30 – 9:30 P.M.
WHat type of food is being served? Party snacks such as popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream will be offered. Water, tea, and lemonade will also be provided. If you desire additional/alternative food options please bring them from home. The zoo has picnic areas and tables in the KIDZone and Grand Patio areas. Please note, glass containers and straws are not allowed in the Zoo. No outside alcohol is allowed on Zoo grounds.
Can I bring a friend? You may bring a guest. However, they must be registered. Please note, registration is now closed. The limit is 2 adults and 6 children per family.
I did not receive a flyer, can we still come? Yes, if you have a child who was born at Northside Hospital then you are invited! However, you must register by May 31 to attend.
I can’t come but can my neighbor/friend use my invitation? We are sorry you will not be able to attend. However, this event is limited to families of Northside Hospital babies only.
Can I Come Early? You may pay/use a membership to visit the zoo during its regular hours. However, please note that the zoo will close and all guests will be asked to leave prior to the event starting. Registered guests may re-enter once the event begins.
