Northside Hospital Employees Give Back

Northside Hospital is committed to building strong and healthy communities through financial support and volunteerism. Our workplace giving programs, managed by the Northside Foundation Department, bridge the gap between healthcare and basic needs for patients, employees, and communities. These programs include the Employee Giving Campaign (EGC), our annual financial giving initiative and Community Connection, our employee volunteer program.

In 2023, volunteers donated over 16,000 hours of their time to community service projects in the hospital's service areas through our Northside Hospital Community Connection - Employee Volunteer Program.

Northside employees also pledged over $1 million to support patients, employees and the community in 2023 during our annual Employee Giving Campaign (EGC), our annual financial giving initiative.

Employee Giving Campaign

Each year, Northside Hospital employees help bridge the gap for our patients, employees and the communities where we live, work and play by giving to the Northside Hospital Foundation, Northside Shares Help, United Way and Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation.

Employee Community Connection Program 

Through the Northside Hospital Community Connection Volunteer Program, our employees give their time, talents and resources in order to make a positive impact in the hospital’s service areas and their communities.

Our employees participate in awareness and fundraising walks and give to those in need through annual donation drives. We also combine forces with our community partners to strengthen our community.

How to Volunteer

Volunteering allows you to make a difference in the lives of others. There are opportunities to volunteer at Northside Foundation Events, Northside sponsored events, and during Northside's Month of Service. These opportunities are promoted in the Northside internal newsletter, Northside Life.
